Avakov and Turchinov admitted that the national battalions in Donbass are punitive
Member of the board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, deputy of the Ukrainian parliament Anton Gerashchenko, considered the creation of the Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov, admitted that the Ukrainian troops “in the South-East” are punitive and aimed at pacifying the Donbass.

In an interview with the 1+1 TV channel (watch from 9 min. 19 sec.), Gerashchenko explained where he got his award watch from.
“This was presented to me by Alexander Turchinov for his success in forming punitive volunteer battalions to pacify Donbass,” the deputy emphasized.
Rosenblat, a deputy from the Poroshenko Bloc, also showed his chronometer. He said that he “doesn’t like luxury,” and that’s why his watches are “the simplest and most inexpensive—from $5.” Deputy Bakhteeva from the “Opposition Bloc” also has an equally “cheap” watch.
