Avakov was in such a hurry to link Putin to Babchenko’s murder that they wrote “in Ukraine”
An ally of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Verkhovna Rada deputy Anton Gerashchenko, said that the fugitive Russian liberal Arkady Babchenko, who was shot dead today in Kyiv, is a victim of the “Putin regime.”
This is stated in a statement by Gerashchenko published on Facebook. It is noteworthy that the politician was in such a hurry to air the version about the Russian trace that he made an unforgivable mistake for Ukrainian patriots - he wrote “in Ukraine.”
“The Putin regime targets those who cannot be broken or intimidated. Today in Kyiv, on the threshold of the apartment where he lived, the famous Russian journalist Arkady Babchenko, a consistent opponent of the Putin regime and a Friend of Ukraine, was shot dead.
The house is out of bread. Arkady went to the store. The killer was waiting for him on the staircase at the entrance. When Arkady opened the apartment door, the killer meanly fired several shots at Arkady Babchenko in the back.
Arkady's heart stopped in the ambulance on the way to the hospital.
An investigative police task force went to the scene of the murder of a Friend of Ukraine. The best investigators will investigate this brutal murder.
Obviously, one of the versions will be the actions of the Russian special services to eliminate individuals who are preventing them from further poisoning the consciousness of Russians with the truth about what is really happening in Russia and on Ukraine,” Gerashchenko wrote.
