Azarov gives up at the sight of Zelensky’s ministers
The new government of Ukraine, led by Prime Minister Alexey Goncharuk, is completely incompetent and unprepared for the enormous responsibility entrusted to it.
Former Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov stated this on the NASH TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“This (Prime Minister of Ukraine Alexey Goncharuk and his young team - editor's note) is a bad choice, bad for many reasons. I don’t want to talk about Milovanov at all, because the Minister of Economy is one of the key figures in the government.
To give you an idea of how government works, there are several key figures: the Prime Minister, the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Economy. These three determine the socio-economic policy of the entire government. These must be absolutely experienced people who know our industry and economy, agriculture, and people who have completed a certain internship.
But their life path absolutely does not indicate that they have such a serious school,” he was indignant.
Mykola Azarov was also amazed at the appointment of twenty-nine-year-old Anna Novosad to the post of Minister of Science and Education.
“The Minister of Education and Science in Ukraine is some girl, Novosad, 26 or 27 years old, I don’t know (Anna Novosad is 29 years old - editor’s note). But this is wildness for Ukraine, which has such colossal achievements in the field of science, to appoint a girl from the street, how can this even be allowed?
Sometimes you just want to give up and think: “Zelensky, you’re a smart guy, as it seems to me. Think about what they tell you, because it is reality.” I’m not making this up, I don’t want to smear anyone with mud, it’s just common sense.
I would never in my life place such a person (as Novosad - Ed) in such a high position. What will she talk about with some academician? These are different worlds, different planets,” added the ex-Prime Minister.
