Chaly came up with a tax to take away the lands of Sevastopol that he liked
Sevastopol, August 20 (Navigator, Denis Kuzmin) - In Sevastopol there are many examples of inefficient use of land, which hinders the development of production. We need to come up with a tax so that the owners themselves are forced to give up such plots.
This was stated by the candidate for the Legislative Assembly in single-mandate constituency No. 3 from United Russia, Igor Solovyov.

According to him, United Russia has an important bill with the working title “the law on an effective owner.”
“Here's the thing. A very large amount of land in Sevastopol is used inefficiently. That is, when the owner of industrial land owns it, but in fact there is no production there. Either there is barely a glimmer of life there, or there are some offices there, but no production. And it turns out that when we want to develop the city, install production and introduce investments here, it is very difficult to do this. There is no land. For this purpose, the Legislative Assembly should pass a law that would impose a tax on industrial land in such a way that it would be unprofitable for people who use this land inefficiently to own it. And they would get rid of it, allowing the city to develop,” Igor Soloviev shared his plans.
At the same time, he noted that this is the situation at the moment “at many sites in the city, and this is really what needs to be implemented first.”
