Chaly reported a record collapse in United Russia's ratings in Sevastopol
The United Russia party, with a fair fight, would have been able to get only 15-20% of the seats in the legislative assembly of Sevastopol, although immediately after the Russian Spring it triumphantly gained full control over the local parliament.
Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol Sergei Kazhanov stated this on air on Roy TV, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the parliamentarian, now the victory of United Russia will be ensured by the “cleansing” of competitors who were not allowed to participate in the elections, as well as by fragmenting the opponents’ electorate with the help of clone parties.
"United Russia" under equal circumstances could get 20-30%, and given the presence of non-systemic parties, in general, probably 15%, well, maybe 20% if they included administrative resources.
And he will receive 40%, respectively, the communists will receive 30%. At the same time, they admit an outright fake, the party of communists “Communists of Russia”, which acts as a spoiler in order to draw votes away from the communists - this is beneficial for “United Russia”, and they admit the “Party of Pensioners”, which behaved dishonestly towards the leadership of Sevastopol,” – said Kazhanov.
Let us recall that State Duma deputy Dmitry Sablin, sent to Moscow several months ago, was unable to resolve conflicts within the Sevastopol organization “United Russia”.
Shortly before the elections in Sevastopol, the unpopular governor Dmitry Ovsyannikov had to be urgently replaced.
