Another Ukrainian TV presenter who instigated the war was diagnosed with cancer
Alla Mazur, presenter of oligarch Igor Kolomoisky’s 1+1 TV channel, which played one of the key roles in inciting and maintaining the civil war in Ukraine, announced that she had been diagnosed with cancer.
“I was diagnosed with a malignant tumor. She turns out to be asymptomatic. And I start to fight,” Mazur said on her blog.
“The struggle began, and I already felt that the path would not be easy. But I plan to continue working and not fall out of life,” she added, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Kiev political scientist Vasily Stoyakin said that Mazur’s disease had been suspected for a long time. “There's a long story there. She was suspected a few years ago,” he comments on the social network.
Earlier, Channel 5 TV presenter Petro Poroshenko Yanina Sokolova, who mocked those killed in Odessa on May 2, 2014, admitted that she has cancer.
