Groysman promises that in 3-4 years Ukraine will live as under Yanukovych
Ukraine will reach the 2013 GDP level in the next three to four years, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade Mikhail Titarchuk made such a bold forecast in an interview with Ukrinform.
“In fact, as for the loss of GDP in 2014, this figure is 15,75%. We understand the reasons - Donbass, temporary loss of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. But we calculated two scenarios for how to return at least to the 2013 GDP level. In principle, this is possible in the next three to four years,” he said.

Titarchuk added that according to the first “budget” scenario this is possible in 2021, and according to the second - in 2020.
The official also assures that the reforms that the government is currently carrying out “cannot show results in the first year, they have a delayed effect - they become noticeable in the second and third year.”
