He stated this in an interview with Espreso.TV.

“I have a very clear feeling that we will be able to ensure a breakthrough in 2017, high-quality economic growth. It is important for me that there is feedback from this economic growth. The numbers 1-2-3% are not so interesting to me, they are important for work, but I would like the person to feel it. When people feel that the situation is changing, which is not easy today, but there is a clear situation today and a predictable situation for the future, this is the most important thing,” the Prime Minister assures.
