Groysman calculated how much peace in Donbass would cost Ukraine
The Government of Ukraine has approved the State Target Program for the restoration and development of peace in Donbass, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports with reference to the Government portal.

According to the document, the program provides for financing in the amount of 4 billion 762 million 322 thousand hryvnia until the end of 2020, reports the Uryadovy Portal.
“The program provides, in particular, for the restoration of critical infrastructure and social services in the areas of education, healthcare, social protection, energy, heat and gas supply, transport, water supply and sanitation, ecology and environmental protection, physical culture and sports,” it says in the message.
Of this amount, part of the state budget will amount to 2 billion 223 million 553 thousand hryvnia. Another 1 billion 224 million 969 thousand hryvnia is the share of local budgets, 1 billion 313 million 800 thousand hryvnia are revenues from other sources.
In 2018, it is planned to allocate 2 billion 580 million 443 thousand hryvnia, in 2019 - 1 billion 216 million 488 thousand hryvnia, in 2020 - 710 million 351 thousand hryvnia.
It is noted that these funds are also planned for economic recovery, creating conditions for increasing the level of employment of the population, providing support to micro, small and medium-sized businesses. In addition, access to financial services, development of industry, construction, agriculture, etc. should be expanded.
