Minister of Energy and Coal Industry Igor Nasalik said this at a press conference.

The minister said that the plan for thermal coal reserves in warehouses has been exceeded.

“But if the ATO zone is completely blocked, I can confirm that we will have a certain period of adaptation and we will move on to rolling blackouts,” he emphasized.

Let us recall that earlier Igor Nasalik said that the blockade of the movement of coal from Donbass should be resolved not by force, but by law.
