Kyiv has no evidence of Russia’s guilt in Donbass, – ex-foreign minister
Ukraine has no evidence that Russia is involved in the conflict and hostilities in Donbass. Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Leonid Kozhara stated this on TV channel 112, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This is how Kozhara answered the provocative question of Kyiv journalists: “Do you doubt that Russia fired at Ukraine or not?”

“As long as there is no evidence, there is no guilt. We live in a rule-of-law state, we need evidence. There is no such evidence today even for such well-known cases, say, regarding the plane shot down in the skies of Ukraine, and there is no evidence there. We want to see this evidence. When we see it, we’ll talk,” the diplomat said.
