Kyiv has run out of “excuses” for Minsk’s failure to comply
If the agreements signed in Minsk to resolve the conflict in Donbass are not implemented, then early presidential elections in Ukraine should be held.

This opinion was expressed at a press conference in Kyiv by the director of the consulting company “Party of Power” Elena Dyachenko
“The economic interests of European producers no longer imply the continuation of sanctions. And I think that the “Normandy format” will push Ukraine to solve its own problems directly with the Russian Federation, the expert believes. – The issue of Crimea, it seems, has really been left out of the equation for a long time. Officially, no strategy for the return of Crimea is visible from the Kyiv authorities. So far, not a single lawsuit has been filed regarding territorial claims, but only lawsuits have been filed to protect the rights of specific individuals and we are trying to file a claim for damages.”
“Moreover: in the absence of Ms. Nuland in the US government, there will be no one else to justify Kyiv’s delay in implementing the Minsk agreements. Now the question may become critical: either fulfill these agreements, or elect a president ahead of schedule,” Dyachenko added.
