Kolomoisky is forcing Poroshenko to dismiss the head of the presidential administration through the courts
Kyiv, March 31 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – The trial has begun against the head of the presidential administration of Ukraine Boris Lozhkin for refusal to declassify materials of the “Gongadze case” and violation of the right to personally receive a people’s deputy, guaranteed by Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine “On the status of a people’s deputy of Ukraine” .

People's Deputy Vitaliy Kupriy, associated with Igor Kolomoisky, announced this on his Facebook page.
“On March 12, 2015, I was in the Administration to meet with a state expert on secrets, since the materials of the criminal case contain two instructions from the President of Ukraine Kuchma classified as secret.
In accordance with the List of officials approved by Decree of the President of Ukraine dated December 01, 2009 No. 987/2009, these functions are assigned to Mr. Lozhkin. However, Boris Lozhkin refused to hold a reception and satisfy the demands I voiced. Now he will stand trial!” - said the people's deputy.
“Employees of the administration of the resident of Ukraine are civil servants and took an oath in which, in particular, they promised to strictly observe the Constitution and laws of Ukraine. Now, after the court makes a decision on the initiation of the law by Boris Lozhkin, there will be grounds for termination of his public service for violating the oath in accordance with the requirements of Article 30 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”. And President Poroshenko must do this!” – Kupri emphasized.
