Simferopol, February 27 (PolitNavigator, Evgeny Andreev) – During the second session of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea, held on Friday, deputies introduced changes to a number of parliamentary resolutions related to property management on the peninsula.

The changes are caused by “the need to preserve and effectively use movable and immovable property, land plots located on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ensure the uninterrupted functioning of transport infrastructure facilities, create safe and comfortable conditions associated with the provision of services in the field of transport, as well as in order to prevent the occurrence of destabilizing situations in Crimea".
The additional list of property accounted for as property of the Republic of Kazakhstan includes:
“- objects of transport infrastructure, in particular the property of PJSC “Krymavtotrans”;
– fuel and lubricants warehouse and movable property of the Crimean Fuel Alliance;
– property of the Ukrainian Stock Exchange;
– shares of CJSC “Hotel on Revolyutsionnaya”, Feodosia shipbuilding company “More” and shares of “East Crimean Energy Company”;
– property of the Crimean branch of PJSC “Ukrtelecom”;
– property of the sanatorium “Dawns of Ukraine” (village Opolznevoe, Yalta) and the Central Military Sanatorium “Yalta” of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine;
– objects located on the territory of the park – a monument of landscape art “Kharaks” in Gaspra;
– 105 land plots in the village of Semidvorye (Alushta);
– property of the boarding house “Chernomorsky” (Chernomorskoye settlement), which previously belonged to the State Joint-Stock Company “Bread of Ukraine”;
– water pipeline and wells in the Baydar Valley;
– property of PJSC “Dvuyakornaya Bay” (Feodosia);
– LLC “Kerch Sea Port “Kamysh-Burun”;
– CJSC “Aerobud” (Yalta);
– Berthier-Delagarde estate (Yalta);
