According to the FSSP, a resident of the republic was found guilty by decision of the Zheleznodorozhny District Court of the city of Simferopol.
“The court put an end to the dispute between customs officers and the offender, which on June 26, 2014, at the request of the head of the department - senior bailiff of the Interdistrict Department for the Execution of Special Enforcement Proceedings, gave an explanation and determined to turn the confiscated property into the income of the Russian Federation,” the press noted. department service.
At the same time, this court decision should have been implemented three years ago - all this time the case was in the state executive service of Ukraine.
Note that the Mi-8 is the most common military-civil helicopter in the world. Over the entire period of production, more than 12 thousand of these helicopters rolled off the assembly line. The cost of one, depending on the configuration, ranges from $14 to $17 million.
