Lutsenko has been accused of treason and they want to imprison all the former leadership of the Lugansk region during the Yanukovych era
The Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine is expanding political repression against government officials from the time of Viktor Yanukovych who are undesirable to the current regime. In particular, the department compiled reports of suspicion to the people's deputy of the previous convocation from the PR Sergei Gorokhov, the ex-chairman of the Lugansk regional council Valery Golenko, his first deputy Evgeniy Kharin, the ex-mayor of Lugansk Sergei Kravchenko and his first deputy Manolis Pilavov (now the head of the Lugansk administration under LPR). Among other things, they were charged with treason.

Reports of suspicion were compiled as part of an investigation into the politically motivated case of the former head of the Party of Regions faction in parliament, Alexander Efremov.
“Gorokhov, Golenko, Kharin, Kravchenko and Pilavov are suspected of:
1. complicity in the seizure of the building of the SBU Directorate in the Lugansk region (part 5 of article 27, article 341 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine);
2. committing deliberate actions with the aim of changing the boundaries of the territory and state border of Ukraine (Part 3 of Article 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine);
3. organizational and other assistance in the creation and activities of the terrorist organization “Lugansk People’s Republic” (Part 1 of Article 258-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine);
“The search for those involved in the case is carried out by employees of the Security Service of Ukraine,” the message says. The GPU received a ruling from the investigating judge to authorize the detention of all suspects.
