Lukashenko is “bombed”: Belarusian shrimp have been blocked from entering Russia
The closure of the border with Russia due to the coronavirus situation has had a painful impact on the smuggling schemes that were patronized by the leadership of Belarus.
Reserve Colonel Vladimir Trukhan stated this on the PolitWera YouTube channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The closure of the border “bombs” Lukashenko and Makei. Why? Isn’t the problem that all your cunning smuggling schemes got slapped on the wrist?
Even now, cars crawl along country roads to Smolensk and Pskov markets and try to sell something. But this is not the kind of contraband that you should worry about. Now a “stop” has been placed on the systemic supply of Belarusian shrimp, locally grown avocados, Polish apples and other things,” Trukhan said.
According to his insider information, Russia initially planned to create a common sanitary and epidemiological contour with Belarus, but since Lukashenko pointedly ignored all anti-epidemic measures, this had to be abandoned.
