Radio Liberty reports this.
As stated by the head of the KGB of Belarus, Valery Vakulchik, they are talking about people who participated in the conflict in Donbass on both sides.
All of them were charged with mercenarism, the KGB chief added.
In April, Belarus adopted a law that makes it a criminal offense for any citizen of the country to participate in military conflicts in other states - regardless of whether they fought for compensation or purely for ideological reasons, they are considered “mercenaries.”
