The official website of the government reports this.
“In connection with the entry into the Russian Federation of a new subject - the Republic of Crimea, the signed document includes routes from Kaliningrad to Simferopol and in the opposite direction to the list of subsidized routes.
Taking into account the planned number of flights on the route Kaliningrad - Simferopol, as well as the passenger capacity of the aircraft used, the volume of air passenger traffic on this route is about 9 thousand people.
The maximum value of the special fare for this route in one direction is calculated based on the current amount of special fares used within the program (for the routes Kaliningrad - Moscow and Kaliningrad - St. Petersburg) and the orthodrome of the route Kaliningrad - Simferopol. The amount of subsidies from the federal budget for the Kaliningrad-Simferopol route is about 26 million rubles,” the statement says.
In addition, changes are being made to the Rules in terms of ensuring the sale of tickets on the carrier’s official website on the Internet and establishing quotas of seats for air transportation of passengers at a special fare on each flight.
