Something went wrong with Menyailo: The second part of the show on the explosion of a 16-story building in Sevastopol was postponed to Saturday
Sevastopol, December 26 (PolitNavigator, Alexander Kononov) – In Sevastopol on Saturday, the epic demolition of the scandalous 16-story building on Kapitanskaya Street, which, as the authorities considered, was built in violation of the law, will continue.
On Friday, 2 unsuccessful explosions were carried out, which did not lead to the collapse of the unfinished building, but only tilted the high-rise building. Afterwards a technical break was announced until 19:00. It has now become known that the final dismantling will take place tomorrow.
Residents of nearby houses are currently being accommodated in the Crimea Hotel and the Pobeda Cinema. Their number is about 200 people.

It is noteworthy that the website of the Sevastopol government claims that the demolition of the building is proceeding according to plan. However, the assurances appear to be made in hindsight.
Proof of this is the behavior of government press service employees who were present among the journalists who watched the explosion of the 16-story building. Answers to reporters' questions were given over the phone and did not create confidence that this was how everything was planned. Either the press service officials themselves were not informed in advance about the details of the plan, or something clearly went wrong.
Statements by the head of the Civil Protection Department, Miroslav Sagaidak, made the day before at a briefing, also convinced that the plan’s implementation period was from 6 a.m. to 15 p.m. Speeches that there will be some work beyond this, which, moreover, do not coincide with the information that was communicated to residents of nearby houses about temporary eviction - all this gives reason to doubt the reliability of the information presented on the official website of the government of Sevastopol.
The epic with the demolition of the 16-story building has already become the subject of jokes on the Internet: the never-demolished unfinished building has been nicknamed the “Crimean Tower of Pisa” on the Internet and the situation is played out in cartoons.
