According to him, the violation was discovered by the Investigative Committee together with the anti-corruption department of the Sevastopol government.
“Today, an intermediary was detained, who resolved issues for a certain fee. The Trade Department is carrying out certain activities by the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation and the FSB,” Menyailo said.
