For calls from other regions of the Russian Federation to Sevastopol: 8 – dial tone – 8692;
For calls to the Russian Federation: 007 – city code – subscriber’s telephone number;
For calls to mobile phones in the Russian Federation: 007 – operator number – subscriber number;
For calls to Ukraine: 0 – city code – subscriber number.
