His faction colleague Igor Mosiychuk reported this on his blog.
“I’ve had a brain break since the morning. A miracle happened in the morning,” writes Mosiychuk. – Andrei Lozovoy called me. This, of course, is not a miracle at all, but... For some reason Lozovoy thought to himself that today the Ukrainian parliament works in plenary sessions. Our Andreika got ready and went to parliament... arrived, and it was empty... So he’s blowing our minds all over... the hard worker!”
