Viktor Muzhenko discovered a new “Putin threat to Ukraine.” This time - “manic”.
The head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine wrote about this on his page on the social network. According to him, this threat was voiced at the “Arctic – Territory of Dialogue” forum.

“I believe that only Russia can organize a global catastrophe in the world. If it weren’t for the West, Russia would have created it long ago,” Muzhenko wrote.
Let us recall, as PolitNavigator previously reported, during the forum “The Arctic – Territory of Dialogue,” Vladimir Putin said that in the United States “there is an opinion” that “the worse the relations between Ukraine and Russia, the better for them,” and this “may lead to global disasters and global conflicts.”
