This was stated by the representative of the legal support department of the General Staff, Yuri Bobrov, the press service of the General Staff reports.
“The implementation of this law will lead to the liberation of the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions, and the implementation of this law will allow the return of the temporarily occupied Crimea,” he said.
The General Staff also welcomes that the law defines Russia as an “aggressor state.”
The General Staff denies that the law has legal flaws and is not finalized. According to a representative of the legal department, the law is timely and finalized.
Earlier, the General Staff, on the instructions of Petro Poroshenko, developed documents on the start of the Joint Forces Operation instead of the “ATO” in Donbass.
