The National Bank’s appetite is growing: under Poroshenko’s protege, the construction of a bankers’ recreation center has risen significantly in price
Ivano-Frankivsk, August 19 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The Office of the National Bank in the Ivano-Frankivsk region on August 12, based on the results of a tender, entered into an agreement with Zhilstroy-I LLC to equip the health complex “Prykarpattya” with furniture for almost 8 million UAH.

We are talking about the base of the National Bank in Yaremche, Ivano-Frankivsk region, on the street. Grushevskogo, 7, which NBU has been building since 2010, reports Zaxid.net.
It is noted that furniture has been ordered for the bedrooms, terrace, billiard room, winter garden, reception, etc., as well as equipment (fire safety, locks, etc.). The list of furniture includes custom-made sets made from natural ash and oak wood. The National Bank did not publish prices for individual items in the list in the Public Procurement Bulletin.
The owners of the Zhilstroy-I company, which will equip the recreation center of the National Bank of Ukraine with furniture, are Igor Oleynik (96%), Galina Prokopik (3%), slightly less than 1% remains an undistributed share. Oleinik is a deputy and ex-chairman of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Council, and was elected from Our Ukraine.
The company’s only competitor in the tender was the private enterprise “GalKomBud” of Roman Galipchak, who is listed on the official website of the company “Zhilstroy-I” in the “Partners” list.
According to the publication, under the head of the NBU Volodymyr Stelmakh, the cost of Prykarpattya was estimated at UAH 30,6 million. Design work cost another 6 million. When the NBU was headed by Sergei Arbuzov, in August 2012 the builders received an order for additional work worth UAH 23 million 150 thousand. The National Bank, under the leadership of Valeria Gontareva, raised the cost of developing the Prykarpattya base to UAH 94 million 470 thousand.
