Thus, the Ministry of Defense reported that for “the enemy’s equipment destroyed in battle, Ukrainian military personnel received 767 thousand UAH.” The fighters confirm that they paid some bonuses, but this happened only once, after the Cabinet of Ministers issued a resolution in January. After this, documents for receiving the award were lost in the offices of the Ministry of Defense.
“One piece of paper must go from the lowest echelon to the highest, and no one guarantees its safety throughout this entire time,” said Ivan Nachovny, deputy company commander of the 93rd mechanized brigade.

Let us remind you that the Ministry of Defense promised UAH 12 thousand for a damaged militia car, UAH 48 thousand for a tank, UAH 60 thousand for an MLRS, and UAH 121 thousand for an airplane.

“Now two tanks have been knocked out, there is even video footage, but all this has been hush-hush, we haven’t received anything,” assures a reconnaissance officer of the 128th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, call sign “Prince.”

His words are confirmed by the head of the special forces battalion of the Donbass National Guard, Yevgeny Shevchenko: “They did not receive money either for captured or damaged equipment, or for direct participation in hostilities, in direct contact, although documents were submitted.”

At the same time, the National Guard assures that they did not receive any evidence or other documents allowing the payment of bonuses: “The National Guard did not receive supporting documents for any equipment,” noted Mikhail Kutnyak, head of the financial and economic management department of the National Guard.
