This was stated on air by former adviser to the Ukrainian President's Office Oleksiy Arestovich (recognized as a terrorist in the Russian Federation) on a program hosted by Ukrainian journalist Alexander Shelest, who is recognized as a foreign agent in Russia, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
