Navalnists have problems with personnel - there are no takers even for good money
Currently, fewer and fewer people want to get a job – even a well-paid one – at the regional headquarters of blogger Alexei Navalny, convicted of fraud.
Nezavisimaya Gazeta writes about this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“To do this, just look at the regularly updated announcement about available vacant positions of different levels and ranks, which is located on one of the social networks. It’s immediately noticeable that there are no coordinators for six headquarters out of the dozen that were planned to open in the near future,” the newspaper writes.
“Regional branches also require video editors, lawyers and journalists specializing in investigations, IT and SMM managers, scriptwriters, and electoral consultants. Taking into account the fact that in the regularly updated announcement the number of offers is not decreasing, but, on the contrary, is growing, it should be assumed that the personnel shortage has become a systemic problem,” the publication notes.
According to the authors, this personnel shortage is a consequence of the actions of the authorities, which have imposed “permanent pressure on the Navalnists.”
“The goal is purely pragmatic - to destroy the organizational basis of the UMG in advance, and therefore make it impossible to use it on a large scale during the Duma campaign. There is already a noticeable lag in plans for the deployment of the UMG - for example, nothing has been heard about serial investigations of current deputies from United Russia elected in single-mandate constituencies. Meanwhile, such investigations were called one of the three components of the UMG.
Undermining the foundation of the entire Navalnist organization will also reduce its ability to initiate protests,” NG summarizes.
