Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Igor Pavlovsky said this during the Ukrainian Forum on Defense and Security.

“With the development of the conflict in the East, if martial law is introduced, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, having prepared a reserve, are fully capable of fulfilling the requirements and leadership of the state regarding the transfer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and their deployment until full use. There are no big problems here,” he said.

Pavlovsky noted that over the course of three years, the structure of transferring the Armed Forces of Ukraine to functioning under martial law has been worked out.
