Poroshenko has a big personnel purge
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved draft presidential decrees on the dismissal of the head of the Lugansk Regional State Administration (RSA) Yuriy Garbuz, the head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration Alexander Gorgan, the head of the Chernivtsi Regional State Administration Alexander Fishchuk, as well as the head of the Cherkasy Regional State Administration Yuriy Tkachenko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The corresponding government decision was made on October 24, confirmed Cabinet Minister Alexander Sayenko.
In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers approved draft presidential decrees on the appointment of Alexander Tereshchuk to the post of head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration, and Alexander Velbovets to the post of head of the Cherkasy Regional State Administration.
