And the features of martial law, written out in the 2015 law with great inspiration, will make it possible to strangle all competitors, all opposition parties, the last independent media and intimidate people with radical-patriotic stormtroopers who will personally explain to everyone how important it is “not to give grist to the aggressor’s mill.” "
