This statement was made by people's deputy from the BPP faction Borislav Rosenblat.
In particular, commenting on the proposal on the advisability of introducing martial law at least in a certain territory, he said: “There will be a bill on Wednesday. I believe that all political forces that want to discuss this should come to the committee.”
“We have a parliamentary-presidential republic, where parliament is the highest legislative body of power in our country. We must express our opinion, and then together express it to the whole world,” he added. The people's deputy noted that the country's political elite should have a unified position.
Let us remind you that after the completion of the meeting of the Conciliation Council, people’s deputy Irina Lutsenko said that the parliamentary faction “Petro Poroshenko Bloc” allowed the introduction of martial law due to the aggravation in Donbass.
