“We talked about this yesterday with the Prime Minister and changes in the power team, and changes in the government, and any changes - I will take this decision for granted. The decision is up to the coalition,” Poroshenko said.
According to the Ukrainian website “Apostrophe”, The Poroshenko administration is considering the following option for reformatting the Cabinet of Ministers: Natalya Yaresko is the prime minister, Igor Kononenko (MP from the BPP) is her first deputy, Mikheil Saakashvili is the deputy prime minister for reforms.
“In principle, everyone is interested in Saakashvili joining the government. They see it as a good political technology for the authorities. It is expected that it will give impetus to reform activities in the country and will informationally remove the negativity at least for some time,” say Apostrophe’s government sources.
