“When Putin says that he is helping the legitimate Assad regime, it should be noted that any government loses legitimacy when it allows its own people to be killed. Putin, by helping the regime, and not the legitimate government, confirms that he, too, is illegitimate,” Vinnik said.

The deputy did not specify what Poroshenko could be called, with whose permission the Ukrainian army carried out shelling of residential areas of Donetsk and Lugansk.
