“After a year and nine months of military aggression by the Russian Federation, Ukraine still does not have a secure communication system. This is a question that requires an immediate solution. We in the Verkhovna Rada are trying to ban the use of mobile communications by those who are on the front line. But, unfortunately, we do not have special communications that would be truly protected. By which one could give commands and communicate. This is a huge question.
