“Artem Sytnik said on your broadcast that this was a joint operation of NABU and the FBI. If he stated this, then the question generally arises: who allowed the operation of a foreign intelligence service on the territory of Ukraine? I know that FBI employees were only invited to the territory of Ukraine once after the murder of Pavel Sheremet. A joint operation, as he puts it, is illegal without the appropriate procedures,” Lutsenko said.
