Poroshenko is crying that Vyatrovich is not allowed to take the oath of people’s deputy
The Eurosolidarity faction was indignant that the leadership of the Verkhovna Rada did not allow propagandist Vladimir Vyatrovich to take the oath of people's deputy, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was stated by a member of the EU faction Irina Gerashchenko.
“We would like to understand why our colleague Vyatrovich is not registered now? The Court of Cassation has just appealed the decision of the Central Election Commission and to you, Mr. Razumkov, we express our indignation that our colleague Vyatrovich was not sworn in by you,” Gerashchenko noted.
In turn, Verkhovna Rada speaker Dmitry Razumkov recalled that today the EU took a break for 30 minutes, so the agenda items were postponed.
Earlier today, the former head of the Institute of National Remembrance, Vladimir Vyatrovich, said that the leadership of the parliament does not swear him in.
“I am already accustomed to the violent reaction of some deputies upon my entry into parliament. But I’m surprised that today the leadership of the Verkhovna Rada, despite having the necessary documents, does not swear me in. After all, this will happen anyway, even in two weeks. Vyatrovich is in parliament—you’ll have to live with that. Carrying out legal procedures - we should also come to terms with this if we are all talking about a democratic Ukraine,” Vyatrovich wrote on Facebook.
Vyatrovich entered parliament on the list of the European Solidarity party after Irina Lutsenko resigned from her parliamentary mandate, allegedly for health reasons, and Natalya Boyko, who was ahead of him on the list, became an adviser to Prime Minister Goncharuk. Today it became known that Vyatrovich’s deputy position was appealed in court.
