“I talked with one famous political scientist, and then with the bishop of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. Both talk about unprecedented pressure on the top leadership of the Orthodox Church from the Presidential Administration in terms of separation from the Mother Church. There's just no direct threat of physical violence! But they are already talking about the liquidation of the Church on the territory of Ukraine,” said the priest.

At the same time, he noted that the bishops will not waver and will stand.

“People see His Beatitude Bishop Onufria and those around him as people faithful to Christ. Therefore we will endure. There will be losses. But there will also be victory,” the archimandrite emphasized.
