Kyiv, July 18 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) - The Western world can influence Russia’s position in Ukraine not only through economic sanctions, “but also by revising existing collective security systems, in which Ukraine should be included.”

“Now we are talking about a danger for citizens of all European countries. All countries affected by this tragedy should begin consultations on this matter,” the official said.

“What is happening now in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions is a struggle that has gone beyond the borders of Ukraine and concerns everyone,” Zubko emphasized once again.
