Rada deputy from the BPP Ivan Vinnik stated this on Channel 5. According to him, after Donbass comes under the control of Kyiv, the Minsk agreements will no longer be needed, as will the election law.
“Everyone confirms that security issues come first - stop shooting, return all hostages, and then we will talk about the political process. And, in fact, there is no need to talk about the political process, because if Russia withdraws its troops from this territory, then an operation will be carried out to clear this territory of the remnants of terrorist groups, we have a valid law on local elections, on military-civil administrations, which will make it possible to hold local elections, elect local government bodies that have withdrawn themselves, and this territory will begin to function normally,” Vinnik said.
