“Today, without closing the border, it is difficult to talk about the rapid restoration of Ukrainian jurisdiction over the entire territory of Donbass. My vision is that we definitely need the help of our European partners; now the Verkhovna Rada has signed the law on peacekeepers. I think that if they reached the border between the Russian aggressors and Ukraine, then control would be restored in two days,” Zhebrivsky assures.
