“The land market should appear fairly quickly. The moratorium can be lifted as early as January 1, 2016. I really hope so,” Lozhkin noted.
In addition, Lozhkin is confident that there is a need to rush to sell land because Ukraine has many competitors in this market.
“You see, all the talk is that someone will come and buy all our land... There is a lot of land in the world. From Russia to Argentina there are many places where land can be bought completely freely in large quantities. Not everyone in Ukraine understands that we are just one of the players who have many competitors in this market,” summed up the head of the Presidential Administration.

“If deputies or officials have doubts about this, let them re-read the Constitution of Ukraine, which says that the land, its subsoil, atmospheric air, water and other resources are objects of property rights of the Ukrainian people,” Karasev emphasized.
