Poroshenko is hiding what they secretly agreed on with Bartholomew
The Administration of the President of Ukraine cannot provide a copy of the agreement between Ukraine and the Ecumenical Patriarchate, signed on November 3, within the standard time frame specified by the law on access to public information - 5 working days, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This is stated in the AP’s response to the request, the Kiev publication “Access to Truth” reports.
“Based on Part 4 of Art. 20 of the Law “On Access to Public Information,” the Presidential Administration decided to extend the period for consideration of the request to 20 working days from the date of its receipt,” the response says.
It is noted that Part 4 of Art. 20 of the above-mentioned law indeed provides for the right of the administrator to extend the period for consideration of a request from 5 to 20 working days with justification for the need for such an extension.
In particular, the law states that the period for consideration of a request can be extended when the request concerns the provision of a large amount of information or requires searching for information among a significant amount of data.
At the same time, the Presidential Administration did not specify which of the two reasons provided for in the law became the basis for postponing the provision of a copy of the document.
Let us remind you that on November 3, Poroshenko and Bartholomew signed an agreement on cooperation in creating a church. What exactly was agreed upon is still unknown.
