“I was among those who proposed the idea of appointing oligarchs to gubernatorial positions. Then, at the critical moment of the outbreak of the war in the East, all the billionaires refused. Only Kolomoisky became governor,” Lutsenko wrote on his Facebook page, forgetting about the appointment of Sergei Taruta as head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration.
