Poroshenko said that Europe is already against the implementation of Minsk
The PACE resolution, in which Russia is called an “aggressor” in relation to Ukraine, indicates a change in the rhetoric of Europe in relation to Minsk, said Irina Lutsenko, deputy chairman of the parliamentary faction of the BPP, speaking from the rostrum of the Verkhovna Rada.

“Achievements on the diplomatic front are changes in the rhetoric of Europe in relation to Minsk: first - the border and long-term issues of voicelessness, and only then - elections,” Lutsenko interpreted the latest vote in PACE on the Ukrainian issue.
It is worth noting that border control is the last stage of the implementation of the Minsk agreements, which were approved in the form of a resolution by the UN Security Council.
It is noteworthy that among those Ukrainian deputies who, according to Lutsenko, “helped break Russia’s plans to return to PACE, carrying out the president’s directives,” she named the representative of the Opposition Bloc, Yulia Levochkina.
