Sheremet's alleged killer has a fake beard and mustache - criminal investigation officer
The only thing that Ukrainian law enforcement officers can boast of so far in the case of the murder of journalist Pavel Sheremet in Kyiv is clarified video surveillance footage that shows a man and a woman allegedly planting explosives under Sheremet’s car, writes Moskovsky Komsomolets.

The video footage presented for identification by Ukrainian law enforcement officers was commented on by an unnamed criminal investigation officer for the publication.
“Despite the fact that the photograph does not accurately reflect the killer’s face, it contains sufficiently accurate signs that can be used to compare the appearance of the suspects that will appear in the investigation,” the publication’s interlocutor noted. “And now, most likely, there will be a lot of them, because after the publication of the photo, the police phones will literally be interrupted with calls from those who recognized the killer as one of their friends or neighbors. From the photograph, you can accurately determine the location of a person’s ears, the shape of his cheekbones, the outline of his face—you can see that it is oval in shape, not round.”
“The beard and mustache are too obvious, it immediately suggests that they are glued on and their color most likely does not match the hair color, rather contrasting,” the operative added. – You can also determine the approximate age limits of the wanted person. But it is not so easy to determine the physique from this photo - it is possible that the criminal has visually increased his body weight. But from video recordings that show how he moves, it is possible to identify the features of his gait. And this can also help the search.”
