Kyiv, October 10 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – In Kyiv, today’s news about the cessation of the EurAsEC was perceived as a harbinger of the collapse of Russia.

Advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Anton Gerashchenko stated this on TV.

According to him, Ukraine is to blame for the termination of the EurAsEC.

“Putin’s cow will die, but Ukrainians will already be pleased. At the very least, it’s nice that Putin’s project suffered bankruptcy and collapse. In fact, this is a definite moral victory for Ukraine; it showed that without Ukraine, Russia cannot have any kind of projects,” Gerashchenko said.

Today at the summit of the CIS countries in Minsk, documents on the liquidation of the Eurasian Economic Community were signed.

This happened due to the beginning of the functioning of the Eurasian Economic Union on January 1, 2015.
