Radical Nazis have a new problem in the elections to the Rada
Far-right Ukrainian political forces could enter the new Verkhovna Rada, but to do this, the most promoted projects - the Svoboda party and the militants of Dmitry Yarosh - first need to agree on unification. The second problem will be the competition of Petro Poroshenko’s party, which has an incomparably large financial resource, which is “saddled” with nationalist slogans.
Director of the Institute of Analysis and Management Ruslan Bortnik stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The right has a good chance of getting into parliament if they unite. Yarosh has already announced that he is going with Svoboda. They are not numerous, but this faction will be in parliament.
But the right needs to actively build itself away from Pyotr Alekseevich, who is trying to capture this niche; they need some of their own “tricks.”
Today, the ideology of the right is practically the same as the ideology of “European Solidarity”. The right needs to look for its “tricks” so that the electorate can understand what the difference is between Tyagnibok and Poroshenko,” Bortnik said.
