Sevastopol unemployment, which has doubled, has philosophical roots, - official

These figures were given by the head of the Department, Valery Ilchenko.
“To our great regret, the number of unemployed in Sevastopol has currently increased by approximately 45%. There was a change in the philosophy of urban management, and as a result, dozens of people were left without work. Among this category there are many leaders, deputies, managers, people who received fairly high wages,” Ilchenko explained.
According to him, the main reductions took place in the spring and summer in three areas of activity: trade, banking and government. At the same time, he admitted that in the future it will not be easy for people to find work.
“Yes, unfortunately, today about 60% of the unemployed are people with higher education and who most recently were specialists or employees. Finding a job is not easy for them,” the official said.
Philosophy, apparently, is no longer the same:
“First of all, workers who know how to use tools can count on employment. Also required are holders of such professions as nurses, drivers, conductors, cooks,” says Valery Ilchenko.
